Family Pumpkin Carving – ready prepped pumpkins will be available for families to carve and/or decorating (for prizes).- There will be a professional pumpkin carver demonstrating his carving techniques on a giant pumpkin
– You can win this in a draw at the end of the day.
- Pawleys Pets Reptile Show will be there, and yes, you can gently handle most of the critters.
- The Blue Bonnet Lassies will demonstrate their highland dancing.
- Fabulous Face Painting for kids
- Live Music throughout the day provided by Paul Whitaker
- Mapleton’s Organic will be there featuring Pumpkin Ice Cream
- Special Feature: To celebrate ‘Make it Big’ Culture Days -an African Drum Circle where attendees can participate;
Musician and Multi-Instrumentalist Babarinde Williams (fondly known as “Baba”) is an award-winning motivational speaker, singer, recording artist,
producer, ethnomusicologist, music educator, music director and writer. Baba has not only led large drumming events at various institutions but also led multi-generational family groups in back yards and living rooms.
